Born in Nigeria in a praying home to a French/Belgian mother and Nigerian father, Marie-Anne relocated to the United Kingdom with her family at the age of 14, where she would further her studies and develop a stronger relationship with God. An LLB Law with French Law graduate from Reading University England, she also holds post graduate qualifications for the Legal Practice Course (Lancashire UK) and in Journalism & Newswriting from the London School of Journalism, London. In parallel to her studies she served the Lord and was trained under her mentor in London and the Ministry of Spiritual Warfare in France. She is also a bible school graduate from the Light House Bible College, UK, and an ordained Reverend in England for the service of the work of God. She was ordained in the House on the Rock International Church, London.

She worked briefly at the EU in Brussels, Belgium and was responsible for compiling and editing weekly newsletters that were published and released to the North West of England. Currently a Regional Representative in a Multinational Organization, she serves in the office of an Ambassador to 17 countries.

Based in Paris, France, she is also married with 3 precious children and she serves God alongside her French/Congolese husband, Elder Wilfrid Ngoulou. Having experienced first hand the devastation that marriages experience under the influence of wicked spiritual forces, they both mentor and counsel married couples in crisis today.

Reverend Marie-Anne whose mother was a University Professor and Minister in Nigeria has received the generational mantle for praying for, and accompanying women in distress by challenging them to open their eyes to the reality of spiritual warfare in marriage. She is a Minister who helps hundreds of women from various nations through the Prevailers International Ministry which she founded, and her ability to speak 3 languages and to adapt to various cultures makes it possible for her to reach women in various parts of the world.
